Absolutely. We specialize in complex restorations, including full arch implant prosthetics and full mouth rehab cases. Our deep understanding of occlusion, custom abutments, and advanced framework options allow us to deliver high-precision solutions.

Are the restorations designed to match each patient's esthetics and functional needs?

Yes. Every design, especially for veneers and cosmetic cases, follows a customized protocol to ensure harmony between function and esthetics. This patient-centered approach results in highly artistic and accurate restorations.

How do I get started with Candid's dental design services?

It's easy — just sign up through our dashboard to access our platform and start submitting your cases. Our team will guide you through every step of the process with clear communication and expert support.

TURNAROUND & DELIVERY

What's the standard turnaround time?

Most cases are delivered within 6 to 12 hours, during working hours.

How does the One Hour Service work?

If all files and instructions are complete, your design will be delivered within 60 minutes. This option is billed at double the standard price.

When does the 1-hour countdown begin?

The countdown starts once all required files and case information are received and confirmed.

SUBMITTING CASES

How do I submit a case?

Use the upload system on our website. Choose either "Standard" or "One Hour Turnaround" before sending your files.

What file types do you accept?

We currently accept STL, OBJ, and PLY formats.

What case details should I include?

Please include restoration type, and any specific design preferences.

PRICING & PAYMENT

How is pricing calculated?

We charge per unit. You can choose to pay per case or use prepaid packages for better rates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal, and direct deposit (Bank transfer).
