3. Account and Payment

  • Clients must maintain sufficient balance on their account to submit case requests.
  • Once a case is submitted, the corresponding amount is deducted immediately from the client’s balance.
  • Payment plans and pricing are clearly listed on the website.

4. Case Approval and Completion

  • After delivery of the design, clients will receive an HTML preview of the case.
  • Clients must approve the design by clicking the “Approved” button.
  • Upon approval, the case is considered completed, and Candid’s responsibility for that case ends.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital dental design services, no cancellations or refunds are allowed once a case request is submitted and payment deducted.
  • Clients are encouraged to review all case details carefully before submission.
  • If there are any issues with the delivered design, clients must contact support immediately before approval.

6. Quality Assurance

Candid commits to providing high-quality, functional, and healthy designs according to client specifications. We work closely with dentists and technicians to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
